Presidente de Defensoría del Consumidor realizó inspecciones en un centro comercial de la capital

Esta mañana, el Presidente de la Defensoría del Consumidor, Ricardo Salazar, realizó inspecciones en establecimientos comerciales, esto con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de las promociones y ofertas por la celebración del Día de la Madre.

Los salvadoreños están a las puertas de la celebración del Día de la Madre, por lo que los comercios ofrecen diversas promociones y en ese contexto es que la Defensoría del Consumidor realiza las inspecciones y así gatantizar el cumplimento y evitar cualquier anomalía.

“La Defensoría del Consumidor está dando a conocer el lanzamiento de este importante plan de verificación en el marco del Día de las Madres. Sabemos que es una celebración en familia, de la cual muchos salvadoreños estamos pendientes. En esa medida, la Defensoría del Consumidor se encuentra desplazada a nivel nacional en diferentes comercios para garantizar el cumplimiento de diferentes disposiciones de nuestra ley, relacionadas a las promociones, a las ofertas y a evitar cobros indebidos” expresó Ricardo Salazar durante las inspecciones.

Ricardo Salazar brindó información inportante sobre los propósitos de la inspección.

Durante las inspecciones, aparte de verificar todo lo relacionado a los precios, el Presidente de la Defensoría revisó también fechas de elaboración y vencimiento, medidas de almacenamiento y dónde son elaborados los productos, esto a los comercios que ofrecen alimentos.
