Testamento de José José, indica que Sarita no está incluida

Marysol y José Joel Sosa, hijos del cantante mexicano José José y Anel Noreña, quien fue esposa del artista entre 1976 y 1991, aseguraron a medios de comunicación este viernes ante los juzgados de Ciudad de México que encontraron el testamento del artista fallecido en 2019 y que están inmersos en el proceso judicial.

“Lo único que les podemos contar en este momento, espero que lo entiendan, es que ya encontramos el testamento.

Ya hay un documento, venimos a ratificar el hecho de que ya encontramos el documento y vamos a seguir ahora con el proceso”, expresó José Joel.

Desde la muerte del Príncipe de la Canción el 28 de septiembre de 2019 en Florida, las relaciones familiares dieron que hablar: desde dónde debían estar las cenizas del cantante hasta la disputa sobre el testamento.

Finalmente, en su momento, las cenizas se dividieron entre México y Florida pero el testamento era un asunto pendiente.

Los enfrentamientos que se dieron entre Sarita Sosa (hija del artista y de Sara Salazar, su última esposa) y José Joel y Marysol Sosa (hijos del cantante y Anel Noreña) marcaron y acompañaron el duelo por la muerte de José José, que era considerado uno de los astros de la canción romántica en español con éxitos como “El triste” y “Gavilán o paloma”.

En los juzgados, los hermanos aseguraron que estuvieron presentes quienes tenían que estar, pero no aclararon nada más sobre el contenido del documento.

“Estamos presente quienes están dentro del testamento pero no tenemos fecha para próxima audiencia”, expresó Marysol.

Por su parte, Noreña dijo sentirse “muy contenta porque en el corazón de Pepe y Marysol hoy es un día de fiesta, porque su papá sí pensó en ellos. (…) Es realmente hermoso lo que está pasando”.

La abogada de la familia, Cecilia Mendoza, aseguró que “en su momento” podrán dar más información sobre el proceso y el contenido del testamento.

Por ahora, se desconocen más datos sobre cuál sería la herencia y quiénes serían los principales herederos, pero desde el fallecimiento del cantante fuentes cercanas aseguraron que el actor no podía tener mucho dinero porque no estaba realizando presentaciones debido al mal estado de su voz.
