Desde Italia: los saudíes del Newcastle, cerca de comprar el Inter

Noticia clamorosa desde Italia. El fondo PIF estaría a punto de ponerle las manos encima al Inter. La noticia viene hoy de Libero. El diario cita fuentes de los círculos financieros según las cuales habría un principio de acuerdo entre los árabes y Suning por una cifra en torno a los 1.000 millones de euros, en la práctica la valoración que siempre han hecho los dueños del club nerazzurri, incluso en el meses de negociaciones con BC Partners. También según Libero, habría habido una reunión en Milán en septiembre entre los emisarios del fondo y la directiva del club para presentar los detalles de la negociación.

El acuerdo llegaría tras una negociación que duró varios meses, antes de la aceleración definitiva. El diario califica el trato como «un acuerdo importante para los tifosi del Inter» considerando la facturación de 550 mil millones de dólares de PIF, que acaba de comprar  el Newcastle.

“La voluntad de PIF sería limpiar su imagen en el mundo gracias a una serie de inversiones entre Europa y América”, volvemos a leer en dicho periódico. Por eso, el fondo saudí quisiera adquirir clubes en Inglaterra, Italia u otros países.

La propiedad china buscaba inversores para comprar el Inter tras la crisis posterior al COVID. La venta del club se había ralentizado en la primavera porque existía la perspectiva de unirse a la Superliga ya que el torneo diseñado por Real Madrid, Juventus y Barcelona habría garantizado un aumento de ingresos. Pero el proyecto se hundió y, por lo tanto, la propiedad china ha vuelto a pensar en la venta.

En Italia, PIF también está interesado en invertir en los rascacielos milaneses. Y también les interesa el tema del estadio: la construcción de la nueva planta estaría incluida en la valoración del club.
