Jueces demandan a la corte suprema ante la CIDH

El juez Tercero de Sentencia, Antonio Durán, reveló que ayer ampliaron la demanda  contra el Estado salvadoreño e incluyeron a la Corte Suprema de Justicia, ante la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, luego que nueve de los 15 magistraron aprobaron aplicar un bono de 24 meses para los jueces que renuncien, previa entrada en vigencia del decreto 144, que cesaría “automáticamente” a aquellos que tengan más de 60 años y 30 en la judicatura.

“El mismo viernes, la Corte Suprema de Justicia votó por el bono de 24 meses y negó la solicitud de inaplicabilidad que se formuló, entonces ellos, en lugar de resolver la inaplicabilidad por ser inconstitucional, aprueban el bono, entonces vamos a denunciar”, dijo ayer el juez Durán.

El pasado viernes, los jueces de la República anunciaron que demandaban al Estado salvadoreño ante el Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos por violentar al menos nueve derechos, entre estos, la independencia para garantizar el acceso a la justicia de los ciudadanos.

Durán calificó que el bono de la Corte es una “estafa”, porque actualmente, no disponen de los fondos para entregarlo.
