FUSADES denuncia ¨amenaza de ciérre¨ de parte de el gobierno salvadoreño

La Fundación Salvadoreña para el Desarrollo Económico y Social (FUSADES), recibió este Viernes por parte de el Gobierno de El Salvador una ¨amenaza de ciérre¨, bajo especulaciones y acusaciones falsas.

FUSADES se ha definido como una organización privada de desarrollo, sin fines de lucro; se dedica a buscar el bien común, teniendo como razón de ser y gestión a la persona humana, de acuerdo a la información en su sitio web.

Según el comunicado que realizaron decía lo siguiente: “En este momento El Salvador está ante un grave retroceso a una serie de libertades individuales, pero, sobre todo, a la reducción del espacio cívico y se están estigmatizando voces que piensan diferente y lo que se percibe es lograr consolidar el pensamiento único”.

Argumentaron lo siguiente: “se han incrementado los ataques a entidades como la nuestra” y que la organización, así como distintas instituciones de la sociedad civil, “hemos recibido del actual gobierno y de algunos diputados de la Asamblea Legislativa la amenaza de cierre con acusaciones totalmente falsas”.

También señaló que por casi cuatro décadas ha propiciado el desarrollo económico y social por medio de estudios y análisis técnicos de la realidad del país, llamó a la comunidad internacional y al relator especial sobre el Derecho a la Libertad de Reunión Pacífica y de Asociación, y estar atentos a la situación.

Para la entidad, su estrategia de trabajo consiste en promover propuestas de políticas públicas en los campos económico, social, legal e institucional, de las cuales se presentan en la sociedad salvadoreña y su objetivo principal es desarrollo de toda clase de actividades que tiendan a fomentar la seguridad y el bienestar económico, social, intelectual y físico de los habitantes.
