“Diputados que cobraban una comisión a sus empleados por haberles concedido una plaza” Suecy Callejas

Suecy Callejas, diputada y vicepresidenta de la Asamblea Legislativa, estuvo como invitada en el programa matutino “Dialogo con Ernesto López” para tocar temas relacionados con los despidos ocurridos en la Asamblea, plazas fantasmas, huelgas de hambre y la investigación del desvío de fondos a ONG’s.

Como primer punto, la diputada mencionó que algunas iniciativas fueron archivadas, por no haberse consultado con el ejecutivo, son inviables, asimismo, destacó que había muchas propuestas acumuladas que la legislatura anterior no presto atención.

“En la Asamblea Legislativa hay 2 mil 200 empleados, de estas hay más de mil plazas fantasmas, gente que siempre cobró, pero nunca llegó a trabajar”

La vicepresidente aseguró que, entre las irregularidades encontradas en la asamblea, se encontró que algunos diputados cobraban una comisión a sus empleados por haber concedido una plaza.

“Todo el personal de fracción es considerado plaza de confianza, por lo tanto, entran con sus Diputados y deben de salir con estos. Hubo contratos que finalizaron el 30 de abril”

El partido político Frente Farabundo Martí para la liberación Nacional (FMLN) tuvo 23 diputados en la legislatura anterior, en la actualidad solo posee cuatro, sin embargo, pretende mantener a todo su personal, según la diputada Callejas.

“Hay datos de los últimos cinco años que revelan que se transfirió159 millones a ONG´s. En la Asamblea no hay un reglamento interno para avalar estas asignaciones” aseguró la vicepresidenta de la Asamblea”

Algunos de estos fondos eran muy elevados sin tener proyectos claros a realizar en estas ONG’s, por lo que se tienen que tomar cartas en el asunto e investigar estas irregularidades.
