Endulza tu cocina con el aroma del vino especiado que te traerá la Navidad

Aunque sea una bebida típica de Alemania y de los países escandinavos, viene bien para preparar alguna receta de vez en cuando. Una de las bebidas más populares cuando se acerca el frío.
Este vino especiado caliente lo preparan de muchas formas distintas dependiendo de la zona ya que no hay una receta exacta que todos sigan al pie de la letra. Incluso le puedes añadir algún tipo de licor para darle un toque diferente y personal.

INGREDIENTES

1 botella de vino tinto (75 cl)

100 grs de azúcar moreno

4 vainas de cardamomo

6 clavos de olor

2 estrellas de anís

2 ramas de canela

Una pizca de nuez moscada rallada

1 limón

1 naranja

PREPARACIÓN

Disponer todas las especias en una olla o cazuela ancha. Añadir el azúcar y calentar hasta que empiecen a salir los aromas. Mojar el fondo con un poco de vino, sólo para cubrir el azúcar, y calentar removiendo con una cuchara de madera hasta que se disuelva.

Incorporar el resto del vino tinto, mezclando bien. Calentar a media temperatura, sin dejar que llegue a hervir. Cocer a fuego medio-bajo durante unos 30 minutos, vigilando que no suba demasiado la temperatura.

Comprobar el punto de dulzor, con cuidado de no quemarnos, y añadir un poco más de azúcar o miel si fuera necesario. Colar para retirar las especias y guardar en frascos o una botella limpia.
