Las primeras diligencias realizadas por las autoridades del Estado de México han revelado que el vicepresidente corporativo de telecomunicaciones degú Televisa y director general de Izzy fue herido de muerte por una bala disparada por uno de sus escoltas, sen la nota publicada esta mañana por el sitio elpais.com
Adolfo Lagos Espinoza fue asesinado el domingo durante un supuesto asalto a mano armada. El director paseaba en bicicleta junto con un acompañante en la carretera Tulancingo-Pirámides, cerca de la zona arqueológica de Teotihuacán.
Autoridades mexicanas han realizado una reconstrucción de los hechos con la colaboración de los guardaespaldas que seguían a Lagos Espinosa desde una camioneta.
Uno de los testigos, que iba unos metros por delante de Lagos Espinosa, ha dicho a la policía que dos hombres caminaban en sentido opuesto a ellos. Uno de ellos iba armado.
Uno sacó una pistola e instantes después se escucharon varias detonaciones, posteriormente observó como estos individuos corrían hacia una nopalera, al tiempo que continuaban disparando armas de fuego”, cita al testigo un comunicado de prensa emitido por la Fiscalía la noche del lunes
En el lugar del crimen se han hallado, hasta el momento, siete casquillos de armas de nueve milímetros. “Corresponden a las armas que ambas personas encargadas de la seguridad de la víctima portaban en el momento de los hechos”, afirma la Fiscalía.
Las diligencias de las autoridades locales y federales han logrado conectar una de esas armas con la bala que le fue extraída a Adolfo Lagos Espinosa de sus costillas derechas.
El resultado de las pruebas realizadas por las autoridades es coincidente en determinar que la bala que fue extraída del cuerpo de la víctima, por sus características balísticas, fue disparada por el arma que manejaba la camioneta”, dice el comunicado de prensa.
Ese único impacto es el que finalmente le costó la vida al director general de Izzy, que recibió atención médica en una ambulancia y, posteriormente, en el hospital de Villa de las Flores (Coacalco), a 30 kilómetros del lugar del paraje donde ocurrió el incidente.
