Jugo de melón para bajar de peso:

Ingredientes:

Medio melón

1 vaso de agua

1 taza de fresas

4 hojas de lechugas

Preparación: con las hojas de lechugas previamente bien lavadas se procede a verterlas en la licuadora junto con los otros ingredientes bien lavados y licuarlos todos de modo que quede bien la mezcla. Se mete en la nevera y está listo para tomarlo todas las mañanas y en las noches antes de dormir, si se desea se le agrega Stevia, ya que azúcar no es recomendable para alguien que desee bajar de peso.

 

 

Jugo de manzanas y frambuesas para controlar la ansiedad:

Es muy esencial su ingesta, además si se consume en la mañana o en la merienda, se notara su efecto puesto que habrá menos posibilidades de ansiedad.

 

Ingredientes:

Una manzana

5 fresas o frambuesas

Dos cucharadas de avena

Un vaso de té de manzanilla

Hojas de menta

Preparación: Se lava todos los ingredientes y se le retira a la manzana las pepas y el corazón. Se añaden todos los ingredientes a la licuadora y se mezcla por completo. Luego se bebe en cualquier momento del día, sobre todo en esos momentos en los que hay ansiedad.

 

 

 

 

Jugo de Manzana, piña y Kiwi:

Este jugo hace referencia a un jugo energético, y con aportes para adelgazar, es ideal para tomarlo antes o después de hacer ejercicios físicos.

 

Ingredientes:

2 manzanas

1/2 de piña

2 kiwis

2 Nectarinas

Preparación: Se remueve los huesos de la nectarina y la cascara de la piña y las Kiwis. Se cortan los ingredientes en trozos no muy grandes, y se meten en la licuadora. Se le agrega hielo, y está listo para beber.
