Pandillero de la MS es condenado a 22 años de carcel por homicidio

La Fiscalía General de la República, a través de su oficina en Sonsonate, logró la condena de 22 años de prisión para el pandillero de la MS Julio César Campos Ruballo, quien fue procesado por un homicidio ocurrido el 24 de mayo de 2020, en el municipio de San Julián, del departamento de Sonsonate; así lo informó el jefe de esta oficina Carlos Godoy.

Durante la audiencia, la representación fiscal presentó una serie de elementos probatorios, entre ellos, prueba documental, pericial y la deposición del médico forense, quien estableció el tipo de lesiones y la causa de la muerte; las cuales fueron coherentes con la declaración de un testigo, evidencias que dejaron demostrado ante el tribunal la participación del imputado en el hecho.

Según las investigaciones, alrededor de la 9:30 de la noche del 24 de mayo de 2020, en el caserío Los Cedros, del cantón Tierra Colorada, del municipio de San Julián, Campos Ruballo, quien iba en compañía de otro sujeto, le disparó a la víctima hasta causarle la muerte.

De acuerdo al informe de la Unidad de Delitos Relativos a la Vida e Integridad Física, el imputado Julio Cesar Campos Ruballo enfrentó la vista pública en el Tribunal Segundo de Sentencia de Sonsonate, donde se le encontró culpable del delito de Homicidio Agravado en grado de Coautoría previsto y sancionado en los artículos 128 y 129 del Código Penal imponiéndole una pena de 22 años de prisión
