Extorsionistas de la MS continuarán en prisión, según Fiscalía

Tres integrantes de la MS se mantendrán en prisión luego de enfrentar la Audiencia Inicial por los delitos de Tenencia Ilegal de Arma de Fuego y Robo de Vehículo Automotor, según informó la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR).

El Fiscal de la Unidad de Patrimonio dijo que los incriminados identificados como Adonay Reyes Reyes, Fredy Javier Méndez Martínez y German Josué Ortez Villatoro, fueron detenidos el jueves pasado en el caserío Los Patos del catón Corralito, en Corinto, y al momento de su captura se les decomisó una escopeta y tres armas cortas de calibres 9 mm. y 22 mm.

En la audiencia desarrollada en el Juzgado de Paz de Corinto, el Fiscal del caso estableció que el día del hecho los imputados le hicieron parada a un mototaxi y durante la marcha, apuntaron con las armas al motorista y lo amedrentaron para que se desplazara a un lugar desolado. La víctima se forcejeó con uno de los incriminados y logró huir e inmediatamente dio aviso a la Policía Nacional Civil.

Los mareros abandonaron la motocicleta, y horas después fueron aprehendidos por la PNC, en el mismo caserío, decomisándoles las cuatro armas de fuego.

Responderán por Extorsión.

A los tres mareros se les sumó el delito de Extorsión, por el cual fueron notificados ayer, y se mantendrán a la espera de comparecer en otra audiencia judicial.

Al grupo se les sumó, José Orlando Méndez Ortez que fue capturado ayer por órdenes de la Fiscalía General.

En este caso los terroristas chantajearon a una víctima con matarla si no les entregaba US$100.00 mensuales. El desembolso se hizo efectivo entre los meses de febrero, marzo y abril del año pasado, pero las amenazas continuaron, hasta que la víctima logro denunciarlos.
