Empleados de la fracción del FMLN están en huelga de hambre

Siete personas protestan, acostados y sin comer, en el pasillo de acceso al Salón Azul

El presidente de la Asamblea Legislativa, Ernesto Castro, hablo sobre la manifestación con huelga de hambre que dio inicio hace cinco días y son siete exempleados de la Asamblea Legislativa, quienes exigían a las autoridades de ese órgano de Estado “no ser despedidos”.

Los manifestantes son miembros del Sindicato de los Trabajadores de la Asamblea Legislativa (Sitral).

Ernesto Castro, dice “Estaban asignados al Frente Farabundo Martí para la Liberación Nacional (FMLN) aunque ellos lo niegan” apuntó Castro.

En conferencia de prensa, Castro dio a conocer una documentación de la pasada legislatura en donde se comprueba que los contratos de los siete manifestantes se vencieron en abril de este año, justamente cuando finalizaba el periodo de la antigua legislatura.

Además explicó que los manifestantes eran empleados de la fracción del FMLN y que la aprobación de la caducidad de sus contratos tuvo el aval de la pasada Junta Directiva.

“Entre las firmantes estaban las antiguas diputadas del FMLN, Cristina Cornejo y Yanci Urbina”, dijo Castro.

Se trata de:

  • Blanca Estela Carbajal Cañenguez, quien tenía el cargo de secretaria y un salario mensual de $970.
  • Margarita Cristina Ramírez de Rivas, quien tenía el cargo de Ordenanza y un salario de $785.
  • Luis Alberto Mayen, trabajaba como ordenanza y tenía un salario de $500.
  • Carlos José Hernández Alvarado, técnico en comunicaciones y un salario de $800.
  • Wendy Yamileth Ayala Serrano, ordenanza y un salario de $500.
  • Ronald Ernesto Fuentes, secretario y un salario de $1.000.
  • Estela del Carmen Rubio, ordenanza y un salario de $750.

Aseguró que las exdiputadas también aprobaron, al igual que estos, la finalización de contratos de más de 1.000 empleados de ese Órgano del Estado desde el 30 de abril pasado. Según el documento, la jefa de la bancada anterior del FMLN, Nidia Díaz, solicitó que los contratos de personal de ese partido caducaran el 30 de abril de este año.
