Niño de dos años mata a su padre con un disparo por la espalda

Accidentalmente, un niño mató a su padre en Florida al dispararle con un arma cargada que sus progenitores habían dejado sin vigilancia, según detallan las autoridades locales, el hecho ocurrió en la residencia de la víctima.

Una llamada alertó a los agentes, quienes al llegar comprobaron que Marie Ayala, estaba haciéndole un masaje cardíaco a su esposo, Reggie Mabry, que había recibido un disparo. 

Reggie Mabry de 26 años murió después en el hospital, y en un primer momento la policía pensó que se había suicidado, según lo explicó el sheriff en rueda de prensa. 

Según la policía del condado, el hijo mayor de la pareja de cinco años, dijo a los agentes que era su hermano de dos años quien había disparado a su padre por la espalda, añadió el sheriff, quien encontró el arma en una bolsa que Mabry había dejado en el suelo y le disparó a su padre mientras éste jugaba a un videojuego en un ordenador, detallaron las autoridades.

La policía arrestó a Marie Ayala de 28 años, por homicidio involuntario, tenencia de arma de fuego por parte de un delincuente condenado y violación de la libertad condicional. 

“Los propietarios de pistolas que no aseguran bien sus armas están a una fracción de segundo de que ocurra una de estas tragedias en sus hogares. Ahora estos niños han perdido a sus dos padres. Su padre está muerto. Su madre está en la cárcel. Y un chico tiene que vivir sabiendo que disparó a su padre”, señalan las autoridades.
