Diputado Francis Zablah: “Que las personas puedan hacer uso de su ahorro cuando lo necesiten, ahí va enfocada mi propuesta de Ley de Pensiones”.
El diputado del partido GANA Francis Zablah propuso durante una entrevista televisiva algunas reformas al sistema de pensiones.
Según Zablah, que las personas pueda acceder a su dinero en casos de emergencia, por enfermedades terminales, por embargos de su vivienda o pérdida de empleo.
Son tres la reformas las que ha propuesto el diputado de GANA, entres ellas: 1 Devolver el dinero cuando el cotizante lo necesite. 2 bajar el porcentaje que ganan las AFP y 3 que los trabajadores no tengan que pagar cuando reciban adelantos de su dinero.
“No son unas reformas que ponen una amenaza al sistema o que vayan a hacer quebrar a alguien, pero si son unas reformas que ayudan a la gente que ha trabajado toda su vida a que hagan uso de sus ahorros cuando lo necesita y no ya cuando no los puede ocupar”, manifestó el legislador.
Zablah calificó al sistema de ahorro de pensiones como algo “injusto y “perverso”, ya que, según la propuesta del diputado, los cotizantes deberían de recibir un porcentaje de 10% cuando tengan 1 o 2 años sin trabajar, 15% si tienen 3 años y 20% si ya cumplen 4 años sin poder conseguir un empleo.
