Agente policial es enviado a juicio por tenencia de droga

El Juzgado Segundo de Instrucción de San Salvador  ordenó auto de apertura a juico contra  el agente de la PNC, A. Martínez,  acusado de tráfico ilícito  con agravación especial.

 

Según acta policial el  agente fue capturado el 12 de abril del año pasado con una porción mediana de cocaína, que presuntamente guardada en un compartimiento del  vehículo  en que se conducía  cuando fue detenido  por un retén policial  le hizo el alto  cerca de la Iglesia Luz del Mundo, en  la 29 Calle Oriente de esta capital.

 

En el procedimiento policial, el  agente se identificó  como  miembro de la DAN, y les expresó   que la sustancia era droga  y que por un olvido no  la había  embalado.   Posteriormente  se realizó inspección en dos gavetas de un archivo  donde el agente guarda  sus pertenencias  encontrando  presuntamente otra porción  de sustancia blanquecina y tres porciones de marihuana.

 

La jueza valoró los elementos de prueba de la posible participación del procesado en el ilícito, así también admitió los elementos de prueba propuesto por su defensa.
