Baja de homicidios en junio 2021

Al iniciar el tercer año de la estrategia denominada PLAN CONTROL TERRITORIAL el comportamiento de la violencia homicida registra una disminución en el periodo del 1 al 30 de junio 2021 con un promedio diario de 2.8 lo que representa que el sexto mes del año es el mes con menor registro de muertes violentas en el 2021.

Es importante destacar que el promedio mensual se mantiene bajo el promedio anual del presente año 2021. De igual forma el tercer año del gabinete de seguridad ha registrado importantes golpes al narcotráfico, capturas de cabecillas de estructuras criminales y de los 100 más buscados, desmantelamiento de estructuras dedicadas a la extorsión, capturas de personas acusadas de cometer delitos contra la libertad sexual de niñas, adolescentes y mujeres en El Salvador, operativos contra la trata y tráfico de personas, decomisos de armas de fuego y dinero en incautaciones, y la captura del principal sospechoso y su cómplice necesario para desarrollar la desaparición de la ciudadana Flor María García un caso de conmoción social en el país, el esposo, por medio del trabajo especializado de la PNC y FGR se logro encontrar el cuerpo de la señora García y finalizar el caso en esta etapa previa a la judicialización de manera exitosa.

De igual manera quiero destacar por que lo merece, el fortalecimiento de las relaciones interinstitucionales entre Ministerio de Justicia y Seguridad liderada por el Lic. Gustavo Villatoro y la Fiscalía General de la República por medio del señor fiscal general Lic. Rodolfo Delgado en este inicio de tercer año del Plan Control Territorial. Esta mejora beneficia y afecta positivamente a la Policía Nacional Civil ya que el señor director Mauricio Arriaza Chicas y su equipo de trabajo cuenta con una mayor colaboración, aportes, acompañamiento y recursos para impulsar y dirigir la estrategia del Plan Control Territorial.

Junio 2021 cierra con 84 muertes violentas de manera preliminar, menos de 100 homicidios en plena actividad comercial y sin ninguna restricción de movilidad en la sociedad, y con importantes golpes a múltiples delitos de alto impacto como desmantelamiento de estructuras criminales y delictivas.
