Portero Alisson Becker, el villano en la derrota del Liverpool

El portero brasileño del Liverpool, Alisson Becker, vivió este domingo una de sus peores actuaciones desde que juega en el club inglés y le tocó ser el villano en la derrota contra el Manchester City.

Muchos de los usuarios en las redes sociales lo compararon con el francés Varane, del Real Madrid, en Ettihand, con dos regalos en acciones consecutivas, el primero de Gundogan y el segundo de Sterling.

Apesar de haber fallado un penal, el Manchester City (1º) provocó  la tercera derrota consecutiva en casa del Liverpool (4-1), que ve seriamente comprometidas sus opciones de revalidar el título de la Premier League tras 23 jornadas.

Con este triunfo, el City, que no había ganado en Anfield con el técnico español Pep Guardiola al mando, tiene ahora cinco puntos de ventaja sobre su primer perseguidor, el Manchester United, que empató el sábado ante el Everton (3-3) y diez con el Liverpool (4º)… y con un partido menos que sus rivales.

Los Citizens no ganaban en Anfield desde hacía 18 años. Este domingo lo hicieron a lo grande, con una goleada que despeja su camino hacia el título.

Alisson fue comparado en las redes sociales con el portero Loris Karius.

El nombre propio de la tarde fue el del alemán Ilkay Gundogan, autor de un doblete (49 y 73) y que además falló un penal. Brillante como sustituto del indispensable Kevin de Bruyne, lesionado, lleva 9 tantos en sus 11 últimos partidos de la Premier.

Los otros tantos del City los firmaron Raheem Sterling (76) y Phil Foden (83). El gol de los locales lo marcó de penal el egipcio Mohamed Salah para igualar 1-1 (63).

Uno de los grandes culpables de la derrota del Liverpool fue su arquero brasileño Alisson Becker, que falló en tres de los cuatro goles.

Los Reds, que tenían hasta hace unas semanas un récord de 68 partidos sin perder en casa, han caído en los tres últimos, algo que no les ocurría desde 1963. En gran forma, el City suma 14 victorias consecutivas, 10 en la Premier League.
