Luka Modric fuera de la final de la Copa del Rey

La final de la Copa del Rey se disputará el próximo 6 de mayo, entre el Real Madrid y Osasuna, en el Estadio de La Cartuje, en Sevilla.

Después de un gran desempeño por parte del Real Madrid, no todo pinta bien, porque Luka Modric ha quedado fuera de la final y probablemente de la semifinal de la Champions League contra el Manchester City.

Según reportó el equipo en sus redes sociales, el croata sufre una lesión del bíceps femoral. “Tras las pruebas realizadas a nuestro jugador Luka Modric por los Servicios Médicos del Real Madrid se le ha diagnosticado una lesión en la cara posterior del muslo de la pierna izquierda. Pendiente de evolución”, informaron a través del comunicado oficial del club blanco.

El jugador fue confirmado como baja para los próximos partidos contra el Real Sociedad y Almería y se cree que le sea casi imposible recuperarse a tiempo para la final de la Copa contra Osasuna. Aún se espera evaluar su evolución en los próximos días.

Además de probablemente no estar listo para la final del 6 de mayo, Carlo Ancelotti confirmaba que no sabe si el croata llegará a tiempo a las semifinales contra el City.

“Luka está lesionado y no sabemos cuándo volverá. Veremos si está para la Copa del Rey…”, comentó el italiano. “No se puede sustituir. Es muy importante. Ceballos es el jugador más parecido. También Camavinga y Valverde”, finalizó el técnico del Real Madrid.
