Implementación de alfabetización digital

La oportunidad persistentes de la juventud, Plan International El Salvador y el Centro Universitario Regional de Cabañas de la Universidad Luterana Salvadoreña, firmaron un acuerdo de cooperación para la creación de la Escuela de Alfabetización Digital, dirigida a jóvenes participantes en escuelas de emprendimiento.

Se plantea un centro de incubación de iniciativas emprendedoras, dirigidas especialmente por mujeres apoyadas por el Ecosistema Emprendedor Paracentral, bajo diferentes modalidades de colaboración.

Sin embargo, debido a la pandemia del COVID-19 estos escenarios ahora pueden haberse incrementado y limitar aún más el desarrollo de los jóvenes, por lo cual está previsto beneficiar a 150 jóvenes, especialmente mujeres quienes fueron seleccionadas en coordinación con los aliados de este proyecto, para lo cual identificaron y tomaron en cuenta la situación de vulnerabilidad de cada participante.

Debido a la pandemia del COVID-19 estos escenarios ahora pueden haberse incrementado y limitar aún más el desarrollo de los jóvenes, por lo cual está previsto beneficiar a 150 jóvenes, especialmente mujeres quienes fueron seleccionadas en coordinación con los aliados de este proyecto, para lo cual identificaron y tomaron en cuenta la situación de vulnerabilidad de cada participante.

Cada joven seleccionada podrá optar por formación profesional universitaria, formación digital y tecnológica, así como capacitación en modelos de negocios, preparación para un empleo, Curriculum Vitae, entrevistas de trabajo, habilidades sociales e inducción en temas de liderazgo, género, derechos humanos y empresariales.

Entre los municipios beneficiados están Ciudad Dolores, Ilobasco, San Isidro, Tejutepeque, Sensuntepeque y Guacotecti, del departamento de Cabañas. El Rosario, El Carmen, San Bartolomé Perulapía, de Cuscatlán, y San Sebastián, de San Vicente.

Este proceso se desarrolla desde una iniciativa colaborativa con las municipalidades, así como las instituciones públicas y privadas que participan en el Ecosistema Emprendedor para la zona Paracentral.
