Youtuber Roberto Silva enviado a juicio por insultar a exdiputado Schafick Handal

El Juzgado Cuarto de Instrucción de San Salvador envió a juicio al youtuber José Roberto Silva, acusado de Desacato, (ofender honor y decoro de un funcionario público en el ejercicio de sus funciones) en perjuicio del exdiputado de la Asamblea Legislativa, Schafick Handal.

Además, en la resolución el juez decidió que el imputado continúe en detención debido que tiene otro proceso en el Juzgado Especializado para una Vida Libre de Violencia y Discriminación para la Mujer.

Según la fiscal del caso, todo sucedió el pasado 5 de marzo de 2020, entre las 8:00 y 8:30 de la mañana, en la entrada del portón sur de la Asamblea Legislativa, cuando la víctima se dirigía hacia las oficinas y se encontró con el ahora imputado, José Roberto Silva Rugamas, quien portando un micrófono y haciendo grabación con su teléfono celular, comenzó a gritarle, increpándolo e insultándolo. Además de acusarlo de ser una persona que ordenaba a pandillas asesinar a policías y soldados.

El exdiputado al escuchar que le gritaba en la vía pública tales afirmaciones y ofensas, le dijo que no dijera cosas sin fundamento, razón por la que él se consideró ofendido e interpuso la denuncia por el delito de Desacato.
