“Ya no se ve una cifra de homicidios o desaparecidos como antes” dice Nayib Bukele

El Presidente Nayib Bukele en conferencia de prensa brindo su opinión con respecto a los últimos reportes en el tema de personas desaparecidas argumentando quien ha solicitado “Un reporte especial” que es la primera vez en el El Salvador dice “Han habido más muertes en accidentes de tráfico que en homicidios”, señaló el mandatario.

“De la cantidad de personas desaparecidas, hay un porcentaje que se encuentra con vida; un 4% que se encuentran sin vida y otro porcentaje que no se encuentra porque ya no está en el país, por ejemplo”.

Asimismo el mandatario salvadoreño en su discurso a la población “ya no ve una cifra de homicidios o desaparecidos como antes. Anteriormente se veían hasta 40 personas fallecidas por homicidio y 40 desaparecidas” dice Bukele.

Además, el presidente hablo sobre la reducción de un 75% a un 80% en comparación del 2018. También que en el 2019 han disminuido las cifras de homicidios en el país.

“De ahora en adelante vamos a investigar cada caso de personas desaparecidas; antes cuando se pedía investigar un caso, se tenía que elegir cuál de los 20 o 30 casos que habían pendientes”, dijo Presidente Bukele.

El Presidente Nayib Bukele afirmó sobre la reducción histórica de homicidios y caso. Señaló que con el nuevo Centro de Investigaciones de la Policía Nacional Civil (PNC) contarán con más herramientas y técnicas de inteligencia para hacerlo.

El presidente hace una comparación entre El Salvador y otros países que cuentan con diferentes formas de investigación y resaló la diferencia que es que están más profesionalizados para encontrar desde una muestra de adn hasta una huella de zapato.

El nuevo Ministro Gustavo Villatoro contará con una nueva visión de la seguridad pública y la manera en cómo se investigara al delincuente con una nueva visión que se impregne en el Ministerio de Justicia y Seguridad Pública Gobierno de El Salvador.

“Por un lado le vamos a apostar a reducir la tasa de impunidad en estos crímenes de sangre, además aquellos delitos que como hurtos vamos a modificar las leyes para que los primeros 10 días haya vista pública y puedan reparar el daño”,.

“La violencia siempre va existir, pero ya no vamos a ser reconocidos como uno de los países más violentos del mundo. Van a tener todo el apoyo del Gobierno y las herramientas necesarias para poder reducir este 20% que nos queda pendiente”, dice Nayib Bukele.
