Sujetos que comercializaban computadoras del MINED se mantendrán en prisión provicional

Fiscales de la Unidad Penal del Estado informaron que, durante la audiencia inicial desarrollada, este lunes, en el Juzgado Décimo de Paz de San Salvador, la juez determinó que los imputados José del Carmen López, dueño de la tienda PC Store y sus colaboradores Daniel Enrique Funes Hernández y Josué Manuel Valladares Ayala deberán continuar bajo prisión, mientras continúa la investigación.

Los tres detenidos están siendo acusados por los delitos de Receptación en perjuicio del Ministerio de Educación y Estafa en perjuicio de una víctima.

La Fiscalía ha solicitado un plazo de Instrucción de seis meses, con el fin de robustecer la investigación: “Queremos llegar a profundidad de acreditar todas estas personas que participan de forma directa en esta estructura que se dedican a saquear Centros Escolares con el propósito de comercializarlos acá en San Salvador”.

La Fiscal también manifestó que en esta etapa se buscará a otras personas que puedan estar vinculadas de forma directa e indirecta en este caso: “Se presentará prueba pericial realizada por los técnicos del Ministerio de Educación, quienes darán su opinión técnica o el resultado de la pericia, que determinó que ese equipo informático incautado en el local del imputado pertenece al Ministerio de Educación”.

El pasado 23 de julio la Fiscalía General de la República realizó un allanamiento en las instalaciones de un local ubicado en el centro comercial Metro Galería de San Salvador, en donde se incautaron 68 computadoras tipo laptop que son propiedad del Ministerio de Educación.
