Recapturan a miembro de estructura criminal y regresa tras las rejas

La Guerra Contra Pandillas (GCP) denominada así por el Gobierno Central además de consistir en confrontar frontalmente a los miembros de las estructuras criminales en las calles, también, a través de las leyes se endureció o reforzó las penas a los capturados en el actual régimen de excepción así como los que guardan prisión, cumplen su condena, y quedarían en libertad.

Generalmente muchos pandilleros terrorista que guardan prisión en los penales del país, si no han sido acusados directamente de Agrupaciones Ilícitas o guardaron penas por otros delitos, son acusados de este último delito ya que para las autoridades de justicia y seguridad siguen siendo leales a las organizaciones terroristas. Es así que en ese contexto, el Director de Centros Penales, Osiris Luna, informó de un sujeto peligroso pandillero que quedaría en libertad pero fue apresado nuevamente.

Jorge Alberto Ochoa pertenecía y guardaba <fidelidad>, según da a entender el Director Osiris Luna a la pandilla 18 Revolucionarios, motivo por el cual, fue nuevamente enviado tras las rejas, este sujeto guardaba prisión en un centro penal, donde cumplió una condena por robo agravado.

“No volverá a las calles y deberá enfrentar la justicia por agrupaciones ilícitas”, informó Luna Meza.
