Muere Cepillín a los 75 años de edad por neumonía

Había sido ingresado en terapia intensiva por un cuadro de insuficiencia cardíaca y neumonía.

Ricardo González Gutiérrez, mejor conocido como el payaso Cepillín, falleció tras ser hospitalizado por una neumonía.

El histrión de 75 años de edad, quien fue ingresado al Corporativo Hospital Satélite la semana pasada la semana pasada por insuficiencia cardiaca y una neumonía, luego de algunas complicaciones por una operación en la columna.

Cepillín fue un popular presentador de televisión y cantante mexicano de música para niños.

La noticia fue confirmada por su hijo en el programa Sale el Sol.

“El ya no está ahí”, dijo entre lágrimas su hijo conocido Ricardo, también como Cepillín Junior. 

Cepillín saltó a la fama en la década de 1970 tras incursionar en televisión e interpretar famosas canciones como La feria de Cepillín, Tomás o En un bosque de la China.

El “payasito de la tele” estudió odontología en la ciudad de Monterrey. Empezó a pintarse la cara para que los niños no tuvieran miedo cuando asistían al dentista.

De ahí surgió el nombre artístico de Cepillín, quien posteriormente comenzó su carrera en la televisión local y nacional, realizando programas y espectáculos para niños. ​

También desarrolló giras con su circo en México y Centroamérica, donde gozó de popularidad.
