Ministerio de Hacienda presentó cinco avisos de presunta evasión fiscal de más de $5 millones

El “Plan Antievasión”, con la que el Ministerio de Hacienda busca recuperar los fondos que pertenecen a los salvadoreños y que la empresas que no hayan cumplido sus pagos ante el fisco enfrenten la justicia.

En el marco del Plan Antievasión y Plan Anticontrabando, el Ministerio de Hacienda presentó esto cinco nuevos casos a la Dirección de la Defensa de los Intereses del Estado de la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR).

Los casos presentados a la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) pertenecen a las actividades económicas de: Servicios de publicidad, Servicios de construcción, Telecomunicaciones, y Servicios profesionales.

Los casos señalados por el Ministerio de Hacienda, se refiere a una sociedad que labora en la prestación de servicios de publicidad y el monto del aviso, por presunta evasión del Impuesto Sobre la Renta, asciende a $144,000 en un año fiscal.

Asimismo en el segundo de los casos, una sociedad de servicios de instalación de equipos de comunicaciones evadió $95 mil al no pagar el IVA.

La tercera sociedad es una empresa que se dedica a la prestación de servicios de construcción y obras de ingeniería civil y presuntamente evadió $4.6 millones en el ejercicio fiscal del 2018.

“Y, por último, vamos a presentar un aviso de una persona natural, por dos periodos fiscales de los años 2018 y 2019”, indicó el ministro de Hacienda, Alejandro Zelaya.

Estas acciones son parte del “Plan Antievasión”, con la que el Ministerio de Hacienda busca recuperar los fondos que pertenecen a los salvadoreños y que la empresas que no hayan cumplido sus pagos ante el fisco enfrenten la justicia.
