Ministerio de educación anuncio que las clases seguirán en línea por covid-19

El Ministerio de Educación anunció la suspensión del año escolar presencial a causa del incremento de casos de covid-19.

Las clases continuarán a distancia, a través de cuatro plataformas.

“Nuestras plataformas están listas y mejoradas, este año podremos a su disposición nuevas modalidades de enseñanza, nuevas herramientas para el estudio desde casa, que se sumarán a las diversas modalidades y plataformas que ya ustedes conocen”, dijo ministra de Educación, Carla Hananía de Varela.

El Ministerio de Educación instó al personal administrativo y docente a estar atentos a las instrucciones que emitirán como cartera de Estado.

“La fecha de matrícula sigue siendo lo mismo, hay centros educativos que están preparados para hacerlos de manera virtual”. Apuntó Carla Hananía de Varela, ministra de Educación

El sector privado, Carla Hananía, recomendó “seguir trabajando a distancia, a excepción de las personas que sean indispensables para estar en el lugar de trabajo”.

Con respecto a aquellas instituciones que ya habían sido autorizadas para las clases semi presenciales la funcionaria dijo que las instituciones mantendrán dicha autorización “pero hasta nuevo aviso”.

Alza de covid-19.

La suspensión de clases fue tomada a raíz de un monitoreo realizado por el MiNED y Ministerio de Salud.

También, el ministro de Salud, Francisco Alabí, señalo que tras un incremento de cuatro semanas del virus, y de cifras diarias que rondan entre los 250 y los casi 300 casos, se tomó la decisión de recomendar que “se evite la actividad académica”.

La funcionaria explicó que han tenido inconvenientes con la compra, debido a que “la demanda del mercado internacional de computadoras está saturado”.

Además, realizó un llamado a los padres de familias y tutores para que continúen con el proceso de matrícula, y dijo entregando los paquetes escolares, y alimentarios a los estudiantes.

La ministra dijo que la matrícula, iniciará el 11 de enero, y el año escolar en línea a partir del mes de febrero, de momento, ninguna fecha será modificada.
