FMLN pide que se realice una investigación exhaustiva en caso Yanci Urbina

El partido Frente Farabundo Martí para la Liberación Nacional (FMLN) reaccionó este miércoles ante la detención de Peter Wachowsky, compañero de vida de la exdiputada Yanci Urbina, por supuesto feminicidio.

Por medio de un comunicado de prensa, el partido de izquierda pidió que se realice una investigación donde se prevalezca la verdad y la justicia.

“Como FMLN reafirmamos nuestro dolor ante al pérdida irreparable de  nuestra querida Yanci Urbina, una mujer ejemplar y luchadora”, indicó.

En la tarde de este martes, Rodolfo Delgado, Fiscal General de la Repùblica, informó sobre la captura de Wachowsky por supuesto feminicidio encontra de la exparlamentaria.

“Contamos con los elementos de prueba suficientes para demostrar su culpabilidad”, dijo el Ministro Pùblico.

Yanci Urbina murió en la madrugada del 28 de mayo por un percance doméstico en el interior de su vivienda.

Urbina fue diputada del FMLN de 2018 a 2021 y trabajó como presidenta de la Defensoría del Consumidor del 2011 al 2018 durante la  gestión de los expresidentes Mauricio Funes y Salvador Sánchez Cerén
