Félix Ulloa resalta la participación de la mujer en el Certamen Nacional de Oratoria 2021

El Vicepresidente, Dr. Félix Ulloa, resaltó la participación del género femenino en el Certamen Nacional de Oratoria 2021, compartiendo que de 33 jóvenes, 28 fueron señoritas y 7 de ellas están dentro de los 9 finalistas.

“Siéntanse orgullosos, ustedes son los que van hacer los cambios es nuestro país”, dijo  el Vicepresidente de El Salvador, Dr. Félix Ullo a los nueve jóvenes que clasificaron a la Gran Final del VIII Certamen Nacional de Oratoria, organizado por BANCOVI.

El Vicepresidente mencionó: “esta es la muestra que este país está en buenas manos, jóvenes con un nivel de comprensión para hacer los cambios que se necesitan, felicidades a ustedes jóvenes”, detalló.

“Este Certamen va directamente al centro neurálgico del sistema educativo porque vemos esa alianza entre el Ministerio de Educación, los centros educativos y el Ministerio de Cultura, una sinergia creada por BANCOVI, el banco cooperativo visionario», declaró el Vice mandatario.

El representante del Ministerio de Educación, Alexander Granados, dijo: “es necesario hacer cambios a nuestro sistema educativo y lo estamos haciendo, cada vez queremos ser mejores y nuestros jóvenes son los que se quieren devorar este mundo, por eso vamos a cambiando los programas de Literatura y Lenguaje, porque nos estamos centrando en los jóvenes, para que tengan una mejor comunicación y logren triunfar en este mundo”.

“Cambiar el mundo está en nuestras manos, pero también podemos bailar con el mundo”, declamó Mari Tejada, estudiante de un centro educativo del municipio de Apopa, en San Salvador; una de las nueve finalistas en el Certamen de Oratoria, quienes desde su visión cuestionaron la forma tradicional en cómo los adultos resolvemos los problemas.

Las jóvenes promesas fueron premiadas por BANCOVI con premios de $2 mil a $1 mil dólares, un certamen realizado por dicha institución financiera que desde 2013 desarrolla concursos de oratoria y además de poesía, para impulsar la cultura en El Salvador.
