Esperan Justicia en el caso de los jesuitas

Este miércoles se realizó un conversatorio, Benjamin Cuellar y David morales, comentaron sobre la reapertura del caso de los jesuitas.

“Reabrir el caso de la masacre de la UCA es un acto que revictimiza a los padres Jesuitas y sus dos colaboradoras” menciono Benjamin Cuellar.

Mencionaron que el Estado salvadoreño, los Gobiernos de ARENA y el FMLN, protegieron a los autores de la masacre de la UCA, señalo que se debe de realizar cualquier cosa para cambiar la situación.

El caso de los jesuitas es uno de los mas documentados, eso ha permitido la condena en España, del Coronel Inocente Montano. El resto de acusados no pudieron ser trasladados a España porque la CSJ los protegió.

Benjamin Cuellar menciono, que se esta tratando de utilizar la reapertura del caso de la masacre de la UCA con fines políticos.

David Morales espera que la reapertura de la masacre de la UCA se haga justicia.

“Los colectivos de derechos humanos y familiares de víctimas presentaron una iniciativa de Ley de Justicia Transicional que debe de ser discutida en la comisión respectiva” agrego.

“Siempre he denunciado a ARENA y al FMLN de pactar bajo la mesa para buscar impunidad para ellos (En caso de violaciones a derechos humanos)” menciono en la entrevista David Morales.
