Apelan a condena de pandilleros acusados de varios delitos

La Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) ha notificado que presentará recurso de apelación por estar en desacuerdo con el Tribunal Especializado de Sentencia de San Miguel por absolver este día, a cinco pandilleros acusados de Proposición y Conspiración de Homicidio Agravado, hecho cometido en el 2015.

“Este día, el Juzgado Especializado de Sentencia ha emitido una resolución adversa a los intereses de la justicia y la legalidad, absolviendo a cinco imputados por la comisión de delitos agravados y el delito de organizaciones terroristas”, dijo el fiscal.

Los delitos ocurrieron en 2015 en el sector Este de Oriente de Cacaopera, Morazán y San Miguel, donde se conocieron seis hechos de homicidios agravados, donde también murieron padre e hijo.

La jueza consideró que se ha establecido uno de los extremos procesales con la existencia de cada uno de los hechos delictivos, pero no la participación y autoría de los imputados en cada uno de los acontecimientos.

De ahí que la jueza ha señalado para el 2 de febrero, la entrega de su sentencia, a la cual la representación fiscal hará uso de que franquea la ley.

El fiscal del caso detalló que los detenidos forman parte de la MS que se encargaba de girar órdenes a Estados Unidos para el cometimiento de hechos delictivos.

Es a partir de ese momento que deciden tramitar la intervención de telecomunicaciones y es ahí donde se comienzan a captar los hechos delictivos.

El fiscal detalló que este día la jueza emitió resolución desfavorable a los interés de la verdad real, mencionó se presentó abundante prueba que demuestra la culpabilidad de los imputados con los hechos cometidos.
