Vivienda firma convenio con cooperativa para facilitar créditos a una vivienda

El Gobierno del Presidente Nayib Bukele, a través del Ministerio de Vivienda y FONAVIPO, y su titular, Michelle Sol, firmó un importante convenio con la cooperativa ACECENTA de R.L., para facilitar créditos de vivienda de interés social, según informó dicha entidad gubernamental.

El Ministerio de Vivienda informó que la cooperativa ACECENTA se vuelve una de las Instituciones Autorizadas por FONAVIPO, para acercar y facilitar créditos en sus diferentes destinos entre los que se pueden mencionar: Vivienda nueva, Vivienda usada, Compra de lotes, o Mejoramiento e introducción de servicio básicos.

“El Sistema de Vivienda ha colocado más de $700 millones en créditos, desde FONAVIPO y el FSV El Salvador beneficiando a más de 41 mil familias a nivel nacional”, indicó Michelle Sol.

“Con este convenio vamos a fortalecer nuestra institución y apoyar a las comunidades que lo necesitan, muy halagados de llevar beneficio a la población”, dijo por su parte Allan González, presidente de ACECENTA de R.L.

“Iniciaremos con un desembolso de $366 mil 481, los cuales esperamos ir incrementado de acuerdo a la disponibilidad y las solicitudes”, detalló la Ministra, Sol.

La cooperativa (ACECENTA de R.L.) tiene una trayectoria financiera de más de 60 años en la administración de fondos y cuenta con una calificación de categoría de riesgo de A-, lo cual a ojos y críterio de la ministra demuestra la seguridad y estabilidad en la inversión.

Además se dijo que la red FEDECACES, cumplió todos los requisitos para ser elegible en el programa de créditos, siendo uno de sus objetivos brindar préstamos a intereses razonables y preferentemente no mayores a los que establece el Sistema Financiero.
