Mesa de Casos Colectivos aborda irregularidades en lotificaciones para familias salvadoreñas

El Gobierno de El Salvador, liderado por la Ministra de Vivienda, Michelle Sol, y el presidente de la Defensoría del Consumidor, Ricardo Salazar, se ha dedicado a resolver la problemática de irregularidades en lotificaciones a través de la Mesa de Casos Colectivos. En una reunión con familias afectadas en Usulután, se abordaron situaciones específicas de comunidades como Nueva Santa Elena, Las Flores y Las Violetas.

La Ministra Michelle Sol explicó que al escuchar las preocupaciones de comunidades de todo el país, se estableció la Mesa de Casos Colectivos para revisar cada denuncia y determinar el apoyo necesario. Destacó que diariamente se reciben a muchas comunidades para exponer sus casos.

La mesa, integrada por diversas instituciones como la Fiscalía General de la República, el Centro Nacional de Registros, el Ministerio de Vivienda, la Defensoría del Consumidor y la Procuraduría General de la República, busca informar y abordar los casos de manera coordinada.

Salazar enfatizó la importancia de proporcionar información detallada a la comunidad sobre el proceso, destacando el cambio en la actitud de las instituciones que ahora trabajan juntas para atender y resolver los problemas específicos de cada caso.

El Gobierno reitera su compromiso de asistir a las familias que, a pesar de completar los pagos por sus terrenos, enfrentan obstáculos para recibir las escrituras de propiedad debido a irregularidades cometidas por las lotificadoras.
