Asamblea Legislativa aprueba transferencia de inmuebles al Ministerio de Vivienda para uso habitacional

La Asamblea Legislativa aprobó tres solicitudes para la transferencia de inmuebles destinados a proyectos habitacionales, incluyendo uno para víctimas de desastres naturales. Asimismo se aprobaron reformas al marco legal de lotificaciones.

La Asamblea Legislativa emitió con 60 votos a favor, la Ley Especial para la Transferencia a favor de Ministerio de Vivienda de un inmueble ubicado en suburbios de San Martín, Las Joyas de Apazonte, finca Gran Bretaña, del distrito de San Martín, municipio de San Salvador Este, departamento de San Salvador.

Esta normativa permitirá la inscripción y transferencia de terrenos a 156 familias que han ocupado el lugar por más de diez años consecutivos, así como instituciones de utilidad pública de la comunidad 1° de Junio, quienes finalmente recibirán sus escrituras de propiedad tras 15 años de espera.

Además, los diputados también aprobaron la transferencia, a título de donación, de una porción de terreno que formó parte de la finca Venecia, en el distrito de Soyapango, municipio de San Salvador Este. Dicho terreno será destinado al proyecto habitacional “Villa Kiwanis”, el cual garantizará la seguridad jurídica y el acceso a vivienda para 220 familias de la comunidad Villa Kiwanis, ubicada en la urbanización Guayacán, Soyapango.

En esa misma línea, la Asamblea también aprobó la Ley Especial para la Transferencia de un inmueble en el barrio San Jacinto, colonia Nicaragua, en la calle Los Viveros, conocida como Saburo Hirao. Esta normativa permitirá la legalización del terreno a favor del Ministerio de Vivienda para su uso en proyectos destinados a personas afectadas por desastres naturales.

Finalmente, los diputados aprobaron la reforma a la Ley Especial para la Regularización de Lotificaciones y Parcelaciones para Uso Habitacional.

La modificación establece que todas las lotificaciones para uso habitacional, desarrolladas y comercializadas antes del 7 de septiembre de 2012, estarán sujetas a regularización si cumplen con el procedimiento legal y pueden demostrar su comercialización con documentación válida, ya sea que los contratos estén registrados o no en el Registro.
