Allanamiento en propiedades del dueño de talleres GQ Racing Sport

En un operativo ejecutado por la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) y la Policía Nacional Civil (PNC) se realizó el allanamiento de varias propiedades pertenecientes al imputado Gerardo Quijada Orellana, dueño de los talleres GQ Racing Sport.

Caso GQ

Según las investigaciones, la estructura era liderada por Gerardo Quijada junto con diferentes miembros de su familia, quienes rentaban locales en zonas de alta plusvalía durante períodos de 3 a 5 años, pagaba el alquiler algunos meses y luego abandonaban el lugar.

De esta manera, cuando los dueños de los inmuebles buscaban contactarse con la sociedad está ya no existía, figuraba como una sociedad diferente con otro representante legal. Abogados contratados por Quijada dilataban los procesos judiciales y seguían evadiendo los pagos pendientes.

Ante los hechos, Quijada fue capturado y condenado a más de 6 años de prisión por los delitos de estafa. Así mismo, deberá pagar $929,673.10 a las víctimas como responsabilidad civil.

Allanamiento de propiedades

Los inmuebles allanados, se encontraban ubicados en Santa Tecla, La Libertad y en la colonia San Francisco, San Salvador.

Esta estructura estaba conformada por familiares de Quijada Orellana, abogados y representantes legales de las sociedades:

-José René Ventura Alvarado

-Jorge Carlos Figeac Cisneros

-César Roberto Trujillo Menéndez

-Jennifer Marcela Quijada Suncín

-Módica Elena Quijada Suncín

-Jorge Alberto Cruz

-Mirna Elena Suncín de Quijada

En el operativo, se incautaron $13,844.00 dólares, celulares, computadoras, un arma de fuego y documentos.

Por otro lado, en un apartamento ubicado en la colonia San Francisco, San Salvador, el inmueble pertenece a Jennifer Maricela Quijada Suncin, hija de de Gerardo Quijada. La imputada servía como testaferro dentro de la estructura.

Finalmente, los imputados son procesados por los siguientes delitos:

-Estafa agravada

-Amenazas con agravación especial

-Cohecho

-Agrupaciones ilícitas
