FBI allana mansión del expresidente Donald Trump

Mar-a-Lago, la mansión que el expresidente estadounidense Donald Trump posee en Palm Beach, en el sureste de Florida, fue allanada por agentes del Buró Federal de Investigaciones (FBI), según anunció el propio exmandatario.

“Estos son tiempos oscuros para nuestra nación, mientras mi bella casa de Mar-a-Lago, en Palm Beach, está ahora siendo sitiada, asaltada y ocupada por un gran grupo de agentes del FBI”, escribió Trump (2017-2021) en un comunicado.

El republicano afirmó que “nunca antes le había pasado algo así a un presidente de los Estados Unidos”.

“Después de trabajar y cooperar con las agencias gubernamentales pertinentes, esta redada no anunciada en mi casa no fue necesaria ni apropiada”, señaló.

El gobernador de Florida, Ron DeSantis, aliado político de Trump, subrayó que se trata de una redada de “adversarios” políticos y dijo que Hunter Biden, al que los republicanos acusan de corrupción, está recibiendo mejor trato.

“Es otra escalada en el uso de armas de las agencias federales contra los opositores políticos del Régimen, mientras que personas como Hunter Biden son tratadas con guantes de seda”, subrayó DeSantis.

Entre tanto, manifestantes en apoyo a Trump se reunieron esta noche en las inmediaciones del club Mar-a-Lago con carteles de la campaña pasada, lo mismo que periodistas.

Trump acusó a la Fiscalía de “mala conducta” y denunció “la militarización del sistema de justicia” y el “ataque de los demócratas radicales de izquierda que desesperadamente no quieren que me postule a la presidencia en 2024”, agrega.

Según Trump, un asalto como este solo puede suceder en países “rotos” del Tercer Mundo.

Se refirió también a la exsecretaria de Estado Hillary Clinton, y su contendiente demócrata en 2016 para asegurar que “se le permitió borrar y lavar con ácido 33.000 correos electrónicos después de que fueran reclamados por el Congreso”.

Y, sin embargo, agregó, “no ha pasado absolutamente nada que la haga responsable”.

El presidente dijo que “la anarquía, la persecución política y la caza de brujas deben ser expuestas y detenidas”.
