Elon Musk vuelve a ser la persona más rica del mundo

Según un recuento de Bloomberg Billionaires, el CEO de Tesla tiene ahora un patrimonio neto de US$ 192.000 millones, frente a los US$ 187.000 millones del CEO de LVMH, Bernard Arnault.

Los dos multimillonarios han estado codo con codo en el primer puesto durante meses.

Esta semana, la riqueza de Arnault se desplomó tras una caída de las acciones de LVMH este miércoles.

Arnault superó a Musk en diciembre, cuando su riqueza aumentó debido a un auge en las ventas de artículos de lujo que ayudó a impulsar el precio de las acciones de LVMH. LVMH, uno de los mayores conglomerados del mundo, alberga marcas como Louis Vuitton, Dior y Celine.

Musk, por su parte, experimentó un ascenso meteórico en las listas de ricos del mundo en los últimos años, ya que su fortuna está directamente vinculada a la del fabricante de automóviles eléctricos Tesla. Su mayor activo son las acciones de la empresa, de las que posee alrededor del 13%.

Además de Tesla, Musk también es consejero delegado de SpaceX, la empresa de exploración espacial, y propietario de la red social Twitter.

Las acciones de LVMH han subido un 19,7% este año, mientras que las de Tesla han subido un 65,6% en lo que va de 2023.
