Detienen a exprocurador mexicano Murillo Karam, involucrado en caso Ayotzinapa 

La Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) de México detuvieron este viernes a Jesús Murillo Karam, exprocurador general de la República, por los delitos de desaparición forzada, tortura y contra la administración de la justicia en el caso Ayotzinapa.

“La diligencia se llevó a cabo en el exterior del domicilio de dicha persona, sin ningún problema; ya que la misma colaboró con las autoridades policiacas sin oponer resistencia, una vez que se le informó sobre el procedimiento que se estaba llevando a cabo”, informó la FGR mediante una tarjeta informativa..

Durante la detención del exfuncionario federal se contó con el apoyo táctico y operativo por parte de personal de la Secretaría de la Marina Armada de México, confirmó la FGR.

La detención del extitular de la PGR ocurre tan solo un día después de que el Gobierno federal presentó avances de la investigación por la desaparición de los 43 normalistas de Ayotzinapa el 26 de septiembre de 2014, caso por el que la Fiscalía finalmente cumplió con la orden de aprehensión otorgada por el Juez de Control del Centro de Justicia Penal Federal en la Ciudad de México, con sede en el Reclusorio Norte.

La FGR indicó que Murillo Karam fue trasladado a las instalaciones de la dependencia para las certificaciones correspondientes y posteriormente ser puesto a disposición de la autoridad judicial, en cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensión en su contra.

En el año 2014, Murillo Karam fungía como procurador general de la República y ante la desaparición de los 43 normalistas de Ayotzinapa, el entonces presidente Enrique Peña Nieto le encargó las investigaciones sobre el caso.

El 27 de enero de 2015, Murillo Karam, acompañado de Tomás Zerón, director de la Agencia de Investigación Criminal, dio a conocer las conclusiones del caso en conferencia de prensa.

Ahí dio a conocer la llamada “verdad histórica”, en la que se concluyó que los estudiantes fueron secuestrados por integrantes del grupo delincuencial Guerrero Unidos, quienes quemaron sus cuerpos en el basurero municipal de Cocula, Guerrero.

El 10 de noviembre, en otra conferencia de prensa, el exprocurador Jesús Murillo Karam mencionó su famosa frase “ya me cansé”, lo que le provocó una gran cantidad de críticas por parte de la opinión pública y motivo que meses después presentara su renuncia, dejando el cargo en 2015 en manos de Arely Gómez.
