Crear efectos para TikTok ahora tiene recompensa: la red social presenta el fondo Effect Creator Rewards

TikTok ha anunciado una nueva vía de monetización para los creadores de contenido en la plataforma. Según una publicación realizada en su blog oficial, la red social china está lanzando un nuevo fondo llamado «Effect Creator Rewards», con el que busca recompensar a los creadores que utilizan Effect House, su herramienta de realidad aumentada (RA).

Effect House es una herramienta con la que es posible crear efectos de RA en alta calidad para publicarlos y compartirlos en TikTok. Con ella se pueden combinar diferentes recursos e interacciones para diseñar elementos virtuales, que pueden usarse en la cara de la persona, usando la cámara selfie, o que pueden estar en el entorno del vídeo.

TikTok abre una nueva vía de monetización para los creadores de contenido

Desde hace un tiempo, TikTok ha ido añadiendo cada vez más vías de monetización a la plataforma, con el objetivo de «ayudar aún más a nuestros creadores a desbloquear oportunidades del mundo real y hacer crecer sus carreras de la manera más auténtica para ellos». Es por esto, y gracias al éxito obtenido con Effect House, que ahora la empresa ha decidido crear este fondo, con el que planea recompensar a los creadores de efectos más populares que se encuentren en Estados Unidos, Francia, Alemania, Italia, España y Reino Unido.

Según el comunicado de la compañía, se destinará un total de 6 millones de dólares (poco más de 5 millones de euros) a la creación del fondo y se recompensará a los creadores «en función del compromiso con la comunidad con sus efectos». En un principio, por cada efecto utilizado en 500.000 vídeos únicos dentro de los siguientes 90 días a su publicación, su creador cobrará 700 dólares (646 euros). Por cada 100.000 vídeos publicados después de alcanzar esta cifra en los mismos 90 días, el creador cobrará 140 dólares (129 euros). TikTok aún no ha hecho comentarios sobre qué pasará con el fondo una vez se acaben los 6 millones iniciales.

Beta del programa de creatividad

Como parte de su propósito de recompensar a los creadores de contenido, hace unas semanas TikTok amplió el alcance de su fondo de creadores renovado, bautizado como «Beta del programa de creatividad», a todos los creadores con potencial para ser escogidos que estén en Estados Unidos, Francia y Brasil.


Para ser elegido en este nuevo programa, el creador debe tener 18 años de edad, contar con al menos 10.000 seguidores y tener un mínimo de 100.000 visitas en los últimos 30 días.
