Ozuna participará en la ceremonia de clausura del Mundial

El cantante puertorriqueño Ozuna participará en la ceremonia de clausura de la Copa del Mundo 2022, que se celebrará este próximo domingo en el estadio Lusail de Doha, en Qatar.

Los representantes del artista fueron los que dieron la noticia en un comunicado difundido este jueves y la FIFA confirmó oficialmente la participación de Ozuna en la clausura.

Varios cantantes rechazaron actuar en los eventos del Mundial en protesta por las violaciones de los derechos humanos en el país árabe.

La presencia de Ozuna en la clausura coincide con su logro de colocarse nuevamente en la posición #1 del listado “Latin Airplay” de Billboard con “Arhbo”, para esta semana del 17 diciembre de 2022.

El sencillo, en colaboración con el rapero congoleño-francés Gims y producido por RedOne, forma parte de la banda sonora de la Copa del Mundo.

“Arhbo”, término coloquial catarí que significa “bienvenidos”, derivado del árabe “marhaba”, es un tema creado con el fin de levantar el espíritu y ensalzar la unidad y la solidaridad, indicó la nota de prensa.

El vídeo musical de “Arhbo” cuenta actualmente con más de 60 millones de visualizaciones en la plataforma YouTube.

De igual forma, el ganador de dos Grammy Latino también ocupa el puesto #2 del Listado “Latin Airplay” gracias al éxito de “Monotonía”, sencillo que interpreta junto a la estrella colombiana Shakira.
