Pedro Pascal y John Travolta presentaran en los Óscar

Los actores Pedro Pascal, John Travolta, Elizabeth Olsen y Harrison Ford se sumaron a la selección de presentadores que participarán en la 95 edición de los Óscar este domingo.

La tercera ronda de celebridades que participarán en la ceremonia anunciada por la Academia la componen también Halle Berry, Paul Dano, Cara Delevingne, Kate Hudson, Mindy Kaling, Eva Longoria, Julia Louis-Dreyfus y Andie MacDowell, anunció la institución.

La diversidad de edades y trayectorias de los artistas seleccionados muestra el intento de la Academia de Hollywood de atraer a un público más amplio, que incluya también a las generaciones más jóvenes, tras varios años con audiencias a la baja de esta gala.

El chileno Pedro Pascal es uno de los actores más populares del momento por sus papeles protagonistas en series como “The Mandalorian” y “The Last of Us”, esta última un éxito de audiencia desde su estreno en enero.

Antes también se anunció la presencia de la actriz de 22 años Halle Bailey, famosa desde que se supo que será la protagonista de la versión en carne y hueso de “The Little Mermaid”.

Otra de las caras jóvenes que brillarán en esta gala es la de Florence Pugh, la actriz de 27 años que se convirtió en la sensación de 2022 al protagonizar la polémica cinta “Don’t Worry Darling”, en la que compartió créditos con la súper estrella de pop Harry Styles.

La modelo Cara Delevingne, protagonista de “Carnival Row”; la cantante y bailarina Ariana DeBose, ganadora del Óscar en 2022, y la actriz Elizabeth Olsen, que ha triunfado como Wanda dentro del universo de Marvel, también le darán un toque juvenil a la gala.

Pero habrá para todos los gustos, con veteranos como Samuel L. Jackson, Glenn Close, Nicole Kidman, Sigourney Weaver, Salma Hayek y Antonio Banderas, a quienes hoy se sumó, entre otros, Harrison Ford.

Personalidades de Hollywood populares por sus éxitos en taquilla o series de televisión como Dwayne Johnson “The Rock”, Melissa McCarthy y Julia Louis-Dreyfus también están en esta lista de presentadores de los galardones de cine más reputados de la industria.
