A pocas horas de su lanzamiento, filtran “RЯ” el nuevo EP de Rosalía y Rauw Alejandro

“RЯ”, el EP conjunto que por primera vez reúne en el estudio a Rosalía y Rauw Alejandro, se ha filtrado a pocas horas de su salida oficial prevista para esta madrugada en medio de una gran expectación.

Como ya sucediera en enero con el anterior lanzamiento de la artista española, “LLYLM” (“Lie like you love me”)”, una de las vías por las que las tres canciones que integran este disco de duración media se ha viralizado entre el público antes de tiempo han sido las aplicaciones de mensajería instantánea como Whatsapp.

Tras su escucha, según sus autores ya habían anticipado, se encuentra un bolero titulado “Promesa” que incluye algunos arreglos de electrónica disruptora y en el que la catalana canta “Una promesa nunca es para mirar atrás, si preguntaras yo te la volvería a jurar”.

El EP se abre no obstante con dos temas más rápidos y bailables, aunque diferentes también entre sí. Por un lado, “Beso” es un corte sensual para “perrear” en el que los artistas proclaman la fuerza que los atrae, con un curioso arranque que parece interpretado por un clavecín con aires de canon de música clásica.

Más lúgubre y atmosférico es el sonido de “Vampiros”, con un sintetizador grave y oscuro que se mantiene como base durante todo el tema y en el que repiten versos potencialmente icónicos como: “Mi pistola no tiene seguro, se dispara sola” o “Tú sabes que esta noche nos vamo’ al garete”.

Bad Bunny, J Balvin, Cardi B, The Weeknd, James Blake o Billie Eilish son algunas de las muchas colaboraciones que ha trabado la autora de “Malamente” en los últimos años, mientras que Rauw Alejandro ha cosechado notable éxito igualmente en sus acercamientos a figuras como Daddy Yankee o Shakira.

Pese a sus tres años de relación sentimental, que es pública desde el beso que se dieron ante las cámaras en la ceremonia de Los40 Music Awards a finales de 2021, esta será la primera vez que el público los vea coincidir detrás de los micrófonos como pareja artística.

Según relataron al “streamer” Ibai Llanos hace solo unos días, prefirieron sentar las bases de esta relación antes de meterse juntos en el estudio. “Pusimos eso por delante. Era como ‘No quiero líos, no quiero mezclar la industria con mi relación’”, dijo Rosalía.

También allí contaron que se trata de tres canciones compuestas entre los dos y que responden a las distintas fases del amor, como el pasado, el presente y el futuro entre dos amantes.

Está previsto que Rosalía ofrezca este mismo jueves a las 9 de la noche en España (4pm ET) un directo en el que compartirá la escucha de los temas con sus seguidores.
