Marketing Plus realiza la segunda edición del “Top Customer Experience 2024”

Este miércoles 28 de agosto de 2024, se llevó a cabo la segunda edición del evento Top Customer Experience (TCX), organizada por Marketing Plus, siendo uno de los eventos regionales en la evaluación y reconocimiento de marcas que sobresalen en ofrecer experiencias excepcionales y establecer conexiones emocionales profundas con los consumidores.

Gerardo Machuca, Fundador y CEO de Marketing Plus, destacó que “la clave para proporcionar un servicio de alta calidad radica en construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes, lo cual va más allá de la simple adopción digital”.

En el acto se impartieron diferentes ponencias brindadas por expertos en el tema como: “IA para mejorar la fidelidad de nuestros clientes”, “La ruta emocional: Estrategias para conectar y encantar al cliente” y “Phygital CX, más allá de la IA”.

Por otro lado, el TCX ejecutó la evaluación a más de 8,000 consumidores a nivel nacional, quienes calificaron sus experiencias con marcas en 13 categorías distintas.

Las categorías premiadas incluyeron Bancos, Financieras, Cooperativas y Cajas de Crédito, Aseguradoras, Ferreterías, Gasolineras, Telefonía móvil prepago, Internet Residencial, Almacenes de electrodomésticos, Venta de repuestos, Apps Bancarias y Financieras, Centros Comerciales, Casual Dining y Cafés.

Los galardonados de cada categoría son:

  • Café: The Coffee Cup.
  • Centro Comercial: Plaza Mundo, siendo premiado por segundo año consecutivo.
  • Ferreterías: Freund se destacó por segundo año.
  • Gasolinera: UNO.
  • Venta de Repuestos: Impressa Repuestos.
  • Almacenes de Electrodomésticos: Tropigas fue premiada por segundo año consecutivo.
  • Bancos: BAC Credomatic recibió el premio por segundo año consecutivo.
  • Apps Bancarias y Financieras: Banco Promerica.
  • Financieras, Cooperativas y Cajas de Crédito: Sistema Fedecrédito.
  • Aseguradoras: Asesuisa.
  • Telefonía móvil prepago: Tigo El Salvador.
  • Internet Residencial: Claro El Salvador.
  • Casual Dining: Tony Roma’s.

La actividad culminó con la entrega del galardón CX del Año 2024, el cual, fue otorgado a Sistema Fedecrédito, resaltando el compromiso continuo de las empresas con la excelencia en el servicio y la conexión emocional con sus consumidores.
