Haaland vuelve a anotar hat-trick en goleada del City en la Premier

El Manchester City goleó 6-0 al Nottingham Forest con triplete de Erling Haaland y se mantiene segundo en la Premier League a dos puntos de un Arsenal que superó al Aston Villa por 2-1, mientras que el Liverpool sufrió para ganar en el descuento al Newcastle (2-1) con un gol del joven portugués Fabio Carvalho.

Tras el conseguido el pasado sábado ante el Crystal Palace (4-2), es el segundo triplete consecutivo de Haaland, que bate así varios récords en la Premier League.

El noruego de 22 años se convierte en el jugador que más rápido anota dos “hat tricks” en el campeonato inglés, habiendo necesitado solo 5 partidos, por los 21 que necesitó Demba Ba, que tenía hasta ahora la mejor marca.

Con 9 goles en 5 partidos, Haaland mejora los números de Sergio Agüero en el City y de Mick Quinn con el Newcastle (8).

Lo que no ha podido mejorar es el tiempo que ha tardado en hacer los goles, ya que este miércoles necesitó 28 minutos, cuando el sábado lo hizo en solo 19 minutos (62, 70 y 81).

Cierto que los tres goles no tenían ninguna complicación, pero no es menos cierto que Haaland ofreció una clase magistral de posicionamiento de un “9”, anotando dos de los tres goles desde dentro del área pequeña y el otro a no más de 7 metros de la línea de gol.

El club Citizen comienza así a rentabilizar los 54 millones de libras (62 millones de euros y de dólares) que pagó por el pase del internacional noruego al Borussia Dortmund, donde ya batió récords al marcar 62 goles en 67 partidos con la camiseta aurinegra.

Con el partido sentenciado al descanso, el equipo de Pep Guardiola redondeó la goleada con los tantos del portugués Joao Cancelo, de un colocado disparo desde la frontal (50) y un doblete del argentino Julián Álvarez, primero con un tiro cruzado tras recibir un pase de Riyad Mahrez (65) y después con un zurdazo (87).

Al mismo tiempo, en el Emirates se vivió un duelo al ritmo de samba brasileña, en el que el Arsenal se impuso por 2-1 al Aston Villa.

Por los “Gunners” anotaron Gabriel Jesus (30) y Gabriel Martinelli (77) y descontó por los “Hammers” Douglas Luiz (74).

A menos de una semana de iniciar su andadura en la Champions ante el Nápoles, el Liverpool (5º) sigue sin carburar, aunque esta vez se salvó con un tanto del joven Carvalho, 20 años, al rematar un balón muerto dentro del área en el 90+8.

Antes, el Newcastle (11º) se adelantó en la primera parte con el primer gol en la Premier del sueco Alexander Isak (38), que llegó esta semana procedente de la Real Sociedad a cambio de 70 millones de euros.

Los ‘Reds’ empataron con un gol del brasileño Roberto Firmino a la hora de juego (61) que abrió la esperanza de la remontada… que llegó en el último suspiro.

En el derbi londinense, Tottenham (3º) y West Ham (14º) empataron a un gol.
