Delantero panameño anotó doblete en la goleada de Águila “Pasa a los libros de historia”

Goleada de Águila sobre Sonsonate y convierte en el máximo goleador histórico de la Primera División de El Salvador, superando la marca de 294 que había dejado el hondureño Williams Reyes.

El delantero panameño nacionalizado salvadoreño, Nicolás Armando Muñoz Jarvis, pasa a los libros de historia en el fútbol salvadoreño al ser el máximo goleador de la Primera División de El Salvador, con 295 goles, superando la marca de 294 que había dejado el hondureño Williams Reyes.

Consiguió el doblete en la goleada de 4-0 de Águila sobre Sonsonate, un partido que nunca olvidará al igualar la marca de Reyes, al 36′, y romperla con un tanto histórico en el tiempo añadido (90+2’), gol con el que ahora registra 295 en su carrera futbolística.

Este Clausura 2021, pero logro alcanzar lo que soñaba vestido de negronaranja, luego que el cuerpo técnico encabezado por Armando Osma y la dirigencia emplumada.

El panameño cerro un capítulo en el futbol salvadoreño que nadie olvidará un 31 de marzo de 2021, cuando alcanzo la cúspide como el máximo goleador en un país que le abrió las puertas.

El panameño llegó al fútbol salvadoreño en 2004 cuando jugó con Chalatenango, y luego pasó por FAS, Alianza, Águila, Vista Hermosa, Metapán, Firpo, Pasaquina y El Vencedor, pero ningún equipo será tan especial como con el que hoy deja enterrada su garra con un legado enriquecedor.

“Ni lo imaginaba cuando llegué al país… Presentía que eso podía pasar el día de hoy, a parte del récord, hicimos un gran partido y ojalá perdure por muchos años”, dijo el futbolista.

El equipo cocotero y el rival encontró el segundo al minuto 36 tras ganar línea de fondo por la banda izquierda para centralizar para Nicolás Muñoz, quien ampliaba la cuenta de cabeza, empatando así el récord que ostentaba el hondureño-salvadoreño Williams Reyes.
