Comité Olímpico presentó el uniforme oficial que lucirán en los Juegos Olímpicos de Tokio 2020

Atletas Salvadoreños lucirán uniformes en la ceremonia inaugural de los Juegos Olímpicos Tokyo 2020

El uniforme que los que lleguen a ser integrantes serán los atletas salvadoreños que representen a El Salvador en los Juegos Olímpicos de Tokio 2020, pues ya las prendas están listas y fueron presentadas ayer por las autoridades del Comité Olímpico (COES).   

Según lo manifestado ayer por Francisco Ramos, vicepresidente del Comité Olímpico y quien además fungirá como Jefe de Misión de la delegación cuscatleca, del uniforme resalta detalles muy propios del país, como por ejemplo en el diseño está presente la imagen de uno de nuestros productos de exportación como lo es el café.

Los atletas salvadoreños podrán sentirse orgullosos durante el desfile inaugural de la máxima cita del deporte olímpico, de proyectar uno de nuestros productos de exportación, que nos identifica plenamente como salvadoreños.

En la presentación del uniforme oficial cuya diseño y confección recayó en la marca de modas Zotico, estuvieron presentes los embajadores de Japón, Ariyoshi Katsuhide y del Reino Unido, David Lelliott.

El máximo representante diplomático de Japón en El Salvador, señaló que para su país será un placer poder acoger a la delegación salvadoreña, a quienes desde ya les deseó el mejor de los éxitos.

«A todos los atletas salvadoreños que asistan a Tokio, les deseamos que tengan la mejor actuación y ojalá puedan ganar alguna medalla o por lo menos estar en la pelea por ellas».
