Dietas milagro

Uno de los errores más frecuentes que hay entre las personas que quieren adelgazar es confiar en las dietas milagro. Este tipo de dieta suelen ser muy restrictivas y te aseguran perder una gran cantidad de peso en poco tiempo. Aunque puede que los efectos sean visibles, lo cierto es que después tendrás el efecto yo-yo. Por tanto, evita dietas demasiado estrictas y opta por cambiar los hábitos para reaprender a comer.

Comer demasiado poco

En una dieta no debes pasar hambre. Aunque los primeros días puede ser que sientas algo más de vacío estomacal, esto no debe ser la norma. Comer demasiado poco puede provocar que nos sintamos débiles o de mal humor; además, aumenta el riesgo a que acudas a la cocina a darte un atracón o que te surja el hambre emocional. Lo cierto es que lo que más se recomienda es que se realicen más comidas al día para evitar pasar hambre, pero también para conseguir acelerar el metabolismo. Cuantas más veces comas, más veces trabajará tu sistema metabólico y más activo estará tu organismo. Así que, recuerda: no te saltes ninguna comida.

No hacer ejercicio físico

Ya hemos indicado que el único secreto que existe para poder bajar de peso es el de combinar una dieta sana con la práctica de deporte. El ejercicio te ayudará a quemar las calorías restantes de tu cuerpo, así como acudir a tus reservas de grasa saturada. Además, al bajar de peso, tu cuerpo puede volverse flácido, algo que evitarás si realizas ejercicio. Al menos deberás entrenar 3 veces por semana para que tu cuerpo realmente note el deporte.
