Vigilante asesina a su pareja para cobrar un seguro de vida de $30 mil dólares

José Nilson Acosta, de 55 años de edad fue condenado a 40 años de cárcel tras haber asesinado a su compañera de vida para cobrar un póliza de 30 mil dólares.

De acuerdo con las investigaciones de la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR), el móvil del hecho fue el reclamo de una póliza de vida de la ahora fallecida, quien laboraba como enfermera en el Hospital Militar de San Salvador.

Según el reporte fiscal, la enfermera fue golpeada fuertemente en la cabeza y el tórax, y presentaba señales de haber sido estrangulada, pero su cuerpo sin vida fue encontrado hasta el día siguiente, en su vivienda.

Las investigaciones establecieron que un mes antes, la víctima y su verdugo tramitaron un seguro de vida en una agencia bancaria, por 30 mil dólares, en el que el único beneficiario era el imputado.

La pareja mantuvo una relación sentimental por varios años, desde que el imputado laboraba motorista en el mismo nosocomio militar, hasta lograr su jubilación, posteriormente se desempeño como vigilante privado en una institución pública en Ciudad Delgado.

Luego de llevarse un juicio, el juez del caso falló en contra del vigilante, condenándolo a 40 años de prisión, ademas tendrá que pagar a los familiares de la víctima 116 mil 400 dólares en concepto de responsabilidad civil.
